Refund & cancellation policy

Plotmosa sells one-off credit packs — there is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you are never charged automatically.

No subscription to cancel

You buy a credit pack once and the credits are added to your balance. We do not store a payment mandate and we never auto-renew or take recurring payments. You only pay when you actively choose to buy another pack, so there is no subscription to cancel.

Refunds & right of withdrawal

Credit packs (€2.99–€49.99) are one-off purchases — no subscription. Credits are digital content we deliver to your balance immediately after payment.

Under Dutch law (art. 6:230o in conjunction with art. 6:230p sub g BW), a consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately, once you have at checkout (a) expressly agreed to immediate delivery and (b) acknowledged that you thereby waive that right. We ask for exactly this consent before payment and confirm it in your order-confirmation e-mail.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order details (the email used and the approximate purchase date). We respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Mollie.
